Meet Chris Epley
Chris is committed to the communities throughout the area. His dedication and passion for service is evident in everything he does. Chris is a former elected member of the Oakwood School Board, a current member of the Oakwood City Council, an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton School of Law, and a small business owner. These roles, though, are secondary to the most crucial role he serves as husband to his wife Eileen, and father to his son Jack and daughter Lily.
Chris is a 2007 graduate of Leadership Dayton and is the recipient of numerous awards including the 2006 Dayton Business Journals 40 under 40, Law Day 2009 Special Service Award - Juvenile Division, Oakwood Schools Asset Builder Designation, Catholic Social Services Spirit of Adoption Award and the Steve E. Yuhas Special Service Award.
A graduate of Oakwood high school, a four year varsity soccer player at Denison University, and a proud alumnus of the University of Dayton School of Law, Chris is a genuine example of small-town success.
Chris finds his greatest joy in watching his son play football, basketball, and Lacrosse for Oakwood High School and his daughter play volleyball, swimming, running track and performing in the theatre. In his free time, however, he can be found cycling throughout Montgomery, Greene, Miami, Champaign, Clark, and Darke counties on his road bike. Please support Chris Epley in his campaign to become the next Court of Appeals Judge in the Second District Court of Appeals.
